1. Agreement
By accessing studioflow.click or booking with StudioFlow Atelier (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We facilitate premium studio rentals and related concierge support. We may update features without prior notice while preserving material booking commitments.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Bookings and Holds
Adding an item to cart submits a booking request. Bookings are confirmed only when we email a written confirmation. We may decline or modify requests to resolve conflicts or adhere to policies.
5. Pricing and Payments
Rates are shown per hour unless stated otherwise. Taxes, overtime, damages, and additional rentals may apply. Payment terms will be included in your confirmation email.
6. Cancellations
Credits apply according to the windows published on our site and your confirmation. Force majeure exceptions are honored in good faith.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to follow venue rules, respect noise ordinances, and avoid unlawful content or activity. You are responsible for your guests and contractors.
8. Equipment and Damage
You must report any malfunction immediately. You are liable for damages caused by negligent use beyond normal wear.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including cookies and local storage.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid for the affected booking.
11. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on studioflow.click with an updated effective date.
